Rub Ons

Rub-ons are a fantastic way to embellish your cards and scrapbooking pages. When applied, rub-ons look like the design has been printed on your card or paper.

How to apply Rub-ons

  1. Cut out the design you want to use and carefully peel off the white backing sheet. Lightly position the rub-on on your project (the rub-on will be slightly sticky and will begin to adhere if you apply any pressure).
  2. Once you have your design in the correct position, run your finger over it so that it grips the project and does not move. 
  3. Using the round plastic disc, rub over the entire design. The design will lighten slightly as it transfers and peels away from the clear plastic sheet. Keep rubbing until you see this.
  4. Gently peel up the clear plastic from one corner. If some of the design lifts away put the sheet back down in place and continue to rub the image until it has completely adhered to your projects.
