All orders over $150 are shipped free of charge within Australia.

How Charges are Calculated.

Shipping charges are based upon the packaged weight and size of your order. Thus, shipping heavier and bulky items costs more than lightweight items. Note that the weight includes the packaging itself, according to Australia Post regulations. Australia Post do not charge for distances so that our rates are the same no matter which state you live in.

The easiest way to know what the shipping charges will be is to put the items into your shopping cart and then click the estimate shipping button. The exact shipping charges for each type of postage will be displayed before you proceed to payment for your order. These cost are determined by Australia Post so will change if they decide to increase their postage rates. Our handling charges (the cost of packaging), will be added to the postage cost.

On occasion when combining multiple items, the Australia Post postage computer may not simulate packing the items as good as we can. If this does occur, we will let you know, and either refund the difference or give you a store credit.

We strongly recommend that you use registered post as we are unable to take any responsibility for your order once we deliver the package to Australia Post. It is well worth the extra cost of $3.05 for the peace of mind that you will have to sign for your order on delivery.  

Order Processing Times

Our "Standard Order Processing" we will under most circumstances process, pack, and mail your order within three business days. Usually, your order will be received within 1-2 weeks, although during holidays it can take longer. If you opt to use Express Post your order should be recieved in 1 week.

We stongly recommend that you use insurance as we are unable to take any responsibility for your order once we deliver the package to Australia Post. Insurance cost is based on the value of your order. Please use use the Estimate Shipping button when placing your order to determine the cost of Insurance.
